As predicted in our preview, Eidos has pushed out all the stops to get Championship Manager PSP out for Christmas. Now primed for kick off on the 9th of December, and with Sega’s arch rival Football Manager 2006 being pushed back into 2006, it will be only option for wannabe-gaffers when it comes time to open the presents on a certain December morn.

Main game modes include a Quick play version and the full Challenge mode, with 55 playable leagues across the top 12 footballing nations. More variety will be provided by the Live Cup Draws as well as constant managerial decision-making, such as juggling the transfer possibilities of 25,000 available players. In addition, Eidos will be releasing a data update for you to download to make sure you’re completely current with respect to any real-life wheeling-and-dealing that takes place during the January 2006 transfer window.
