WarioWare: Twisted!

Come on everybody, want to play a game that doesn't use any buttons?

WarioWare: Twisted!

There aren't many things that can be done by everybody. Flying a fighter jet, for instance, or piloting a remote-controlled deep-sea exploratory submarine is clearly out of the question for most mere mortals.

But WarioWare: Twisted! is one thing everyone can have a go at because controlling the action is done as intuitively as you would imagine: by simply tilting and tipping the GBA. A special gyroscopic sensor unit in the cartridge transfers your movement of the handheld console into control changes within the game world, meaning you don't ever need to touch the directional pad. The game itself is equally simple. Over 200 randomly generated mini-games displaying a puzzling challenge, from a man needing shaving to pancakes needing catching, are presented and you have but a handful of seconds to work out how to solve them. And before you've had time to breathe, it's on to the next one, and then the next. And so on until you either beat the game or, more likely, the game beats you.

When you do eventually begin to win, you'll discover more than 130 bonus items are there to be unlocked, including bonus games, moveable figurines, music, instruments and many more. Just a few more reasons not to put the game down, then.
