Pathway to Glory, the highly acclaimed WW2 game on the Nokia N-Gage, has won this year’s MEF Mobile Games Award. The Mobile Entertainment Forun awards were held in London in June and gathered together key players from across the mobile entertainment industry.

Pathway to Glory boasts many innovative features, never before seen in a mobile phone game. The multiplayer options are particularly ground-breaking, enabling friends to take each other on using the same handset or on multiple handsets via either Bluetooth or the world-wide N-Gage Arena.

The judges praised the game's innovation and determination to push the boundaries of mobile gaming. "The MEF Awards salute the creativity, dynamism and growth of the mobile entertainment industry over the last year," said Patrick Parodi, Chairman of the MEF. "Pathway to Glory's winning status recognises Nokia's commitment to helping drive the mobile games industry forward and acknowledges the profound impact the project is set on the future of mobile gaming."
