Angry Birds Seasons for iOS and Android to receive hanami-themed 'Cherry Blossom' update this week

Those piggies just can't catch a break.
There they are, enjoying an oriental picnic in the shadow of Mount Fuji, when another flock of narky nest builders comes catapulting in to spoil the party.
That's right, feather flingers: Angry Birds Seasons is about to receive a spring-themed add-on in honour of hanami, a Japanese custom which revolves around flower appreciation.
Entitled Cherry Blossom, the update brings 15 petal-peppered levels to the table, and throws in two more bonus levels for good measure.
This hanami-themed update is expected to land on iOS and Android later this week. We'll, of course, let you know as soon as it drops.
