Honkai Impact 3rd's v5.8 Canvas of Stars update featuring a new character and more is launching soon
Honkai Impact 3rd is prepping for another massive content update that is launching at the end of this month. The mobile RPG’s v5.8 will officially release on June 30th with brand new stories features, challenges, rewards, and more. Check out the trailer for the update below:
Honkai Impact 3rd ‘s v5.8 update will bring the tale of the talented artist Griseo, who belongs to The Thirteen Flame-Chasers, to the forefront. Spoiled by everyone around her, this much-awaited heroine is finally making her debut. Griseo has been designed keeping the word purity in mind. Everything about her seems like a blank slate, be it her minimalistic design, or even her personality. Her dress, however, has some blotches, displaying the careless side of a child.

As a fighter, Griseo is a PSY-type SP melee character who splashes paint on the battlefield, granting allies various buffs. Her ultimate move sees her deal massive AoE damage using a massive canvas. For extra protection, she can also call upon Mr. Knight, a gentleman born out of her painting, someone who will always keep her safe.
The update will also feature a story about Elysium Everlasting, alongside a Story Chapter Open World that puts the Flame-Chasers up against a new challenge. Chapter XXX will let players relive some past memories as well. Furthermore, Journey of the Painting Stars is coming to Honkai Impact 3rd and will bring loads of fun things to do for card lovers. Everyone will be tasked with gathering Painting Cards, which must be lined up for battles. Cards can be upgraded to make them stronger to earn rewards like Crystals and Material Options. Luna Kindred’s latest costume – Before the Dawn will be up for grabs as well.
