Popular mobile gacha RPG Echoes of Mana, based on the JRPG Mana series and developed by Square Enix, has announced its celebration plans for the 31st anniversary of said series. This event will involve some new characters to roll for, free handouts, and other various events.

First up, let’s go over the new characters you can get your hands on. We’ve got three, one of which will be acquired from participating in the event-specific bingo missions. This would be a 3-star Mousseline Que Sera Sera version, who can also be upgraded with materials you’ll get from event quests as well. On top of that, two new allies will be added to the fire and ice summon banners respectively. For fire, we’ve got the 4-star unit Julius Tactical Mage of Manipulation Version, and for ice we’ve got Angel Shining Magic Power version. All three of these new units come with a memory-gem of the same rarity as well.

Speaking of memory gems, we’ve also got an event-specific 4-star memory gem that will be handed out to all players when they log in during the course of this event. This one features a new illustration hand-drawn by one of the most prominent artists of the Mana Series, HACCAN.

As for events, there will be 3,100 Spirit Crystals, the game’s premium currency, handed out over the course of seven days starting from today when the event begins. There will also be a Final Fantasy Adventure Anniversary Log-in bonus as well, which will give you an exclusive sticker of Marcy from the game of the same name too, all just for logging in!

And that’s what’s on deck to celebrate this big anniversary! Lots of free goodies and new units mean new ways to build up your team and even some new content to progress through as well. If you’d like to give it all a shot and not miss out on these free handouts, you can download Echoes of Mana for free on both the Play Store and App Store as well.
